We had a lovely week of egg production. As we are settling into our sales streams for our eggs, we were able to share our surplus and make a series of donations to the Nelson Community Food Centre, the Kaslo Food Hub and a handful of families who can benefit from support with their groceries. If you know of anyone who would benefit from a small donation of eggs, please invite them to reach out and we can add them for consideration when we find ourselves in surplus.

If you're buying a flat, please bring your own cartons and leave us the flat.
#2 No Fresh Baking This Week
I'm out of town this weekend visiting family. There will be no fresh baking this week, however the farm stand is stocked with loads of frozen bread, waffles, bagels and more.
Fresh bread and bagels will be back on the table November 28th
#3 - Micro Greens + Parsnips This Week!
We have some gorgeous micro greens coming off our trays this week! We stocked some spicy radish micro's earlier this week and today we add peas, sunflower and broccoli! These little leaves are packed with vitamins and minerals and are ready to give your winter blues a kick in the pants!
We also just pulled our parsnip crop and those are hitting the shelves today. This was our first year growing these and they're for sure back on the roster for next season for a deep fall crop.
NOTE: Our farm stand is open daily during daylight hours and is stocked with lots of fresh fruit and veggies (in season), eggs, waffles, crackers and more. Come on by anytime.

LOCATION
Our address is 655 Ferguson Rd. When you pull into the driveway you can turn right just before the stables. There are signs directing you down to the farm stand parking lot. You then walk across the lawn to the little farm stand cabin.
