#2 - THE GARDEN IS GOIN' FOR IT... AND SO ARE WE, APPARENTLY.
Its happening. We are positively rolling in greens this week. Loads of fresh arugula, spinach, lettuce mix, lettuce heads, radish, asparagus, fresh herbs, green onions and more!
We will be pulling a lot more fresh and gorgeous arugula out of our hoop house again next week, as well as spinach so we're packing the bags nice and full and hope you enjoy the green goodness.
#3 - THE TREATS ARE BACK!
ANZAC BISCUITS, CANDIED RHUBARB + CRACKERS ARE BACK IN
The Anzac biscuits were such a great success when we baked them up for my son's birthday the other week that now my kids are demanding more. Naturally, I quintupled the batch and made a bunch for all of you.
We have been pulling big, red, gorgeous stalks of rhubarb out of the garden for the last week, lovingly grating it up and then soaking it in sugar. Now we have bags and bags of rhubarb candy back in stock! There's samples too.
Finally, we also restocked the crackers. I think it's a good batch. These crackers are made 100% of freshly milled, organic whole grains (rye, spelt and wheat) that are fully fermented with our sourdough culture. We mix them up with a splash of olive oil, piles of seeds, top them with salt and cut them up into almost-square morsels. We hope you enjoy them.
