FARM NEWS (6 Notes)
#1 - Hi... Hello. WE'RE BACK.
I was away last week / weekend enjoying a little time off the farm. It was glorious. But now we're back at it and feeling ready to rock n roll. This week we are super excited to be hosting our first ever Grow Wild Farm and Forest Camp for 20 kids ages 6-9. It's been such a joy watching the kids get to know the lay of the land and settle into a rhythm here on the farm. If you're popping by the farm stand, this will explain the added giggles and little people coming from all over the place. This is our pilot season and we are hopeful we will be able to play host to many more activities like this, that serve to connect kids (and adults) to their environment, where their food comes from and each other. Super fun.

#2 - SIMPLE LOAVES ON THE TABLE TOMORROW (JULY 31) + WAFFLES INCOMING
Bonus bread day tomorrow in the Farm Stand. We baked some extra simple loaves to re-stock the freezer and we will put a few fresh loaves out on the table tomorrow around mid morning. Also, you're all waffle maniacs! That last batch flew out the door faster than any batch in history. We're mixing up a fresh batch tomorrow for all of you breakfast warriors.
#3 - CUKES AND TOMATOES ARE ON THEIR WAY
We have stocked the farm stand with a good number of snacking cukes as well as our favourite Suyo cucumbers! By this weekend or next week we should be rolling in fresh and delicious tomatoes as well. Time to pickup some fresh mozzarella and get ready for true summertime veg.
