FARM NEWS (4 Notes)
We are enjoying some much needed time with family this week. We will be back to baking for a special Friday Farm Stand in 2 weeks and then back to our regular Saturdays beginning on January 4th. Here are the next few highlight dates.

#2 - Pre-Order Here for FRIDAY DECEMBER 27th
|
If you're a keener and want to get your pre-orders in.... pre-orders are now open for all fresh micro-bakery sourdough products. We will be featuring cheese bagels for this bake. Please click this link: https://forms.gle/5QNAzk283RTPKFB26 to place your pre-orders. If the form is not accessible for you, please just reply to this note or send me a message and I'll put it in for you.

We will be taking orders until 10am on Thursday December 26th. I will bake extra items for folks who want to pop in and see what we've got.

#3 - Farm Stand Fridge and Freezer
|
We have done a little shifting in the farm stand. For the winter season we do not need to run the big fridge, so we have moved eggs into the small stainless steel fridge in the kitchen. Please grab eggs from there for now. We have also activated the large freezer so we can better display our frozen goods. You can now find frozen waffles, loaves, strawberries and more on display and available in the big upright freezer.

#4 - In the Farm Stand Right Now
|
We have waffles, frozen sliced sourdough loaves, delicious candied spiced nuts, sugar pumpkins for your holiday baking, squash and eggs. We have re-stocked frozen strawberries! Our Christmas tradition is to have croissants with honey and strawberries, so we will be using these beauties to make a nice compote for Christmas morning. And dont forget... there are also a few gorgeous wreaths from Homegrown Acres! Come on by and stock up on a few little goodies before Christmas. We are excited to start ramping up the variety when we're home.

NOTE: Our farm stand is open daily during daylight hours and is stocked with lots of fresh fruit and veggies, eggs, jams, waffles, crackers and more!. Come on by anytime!

Our address is 655 Ferguson Rd. As you drive down the driveway you will pass some old stables. Just beyond the stables is an open area you can park in. Our Farm Stand Cabin is located on the right (north side). You will need to head down the pathway and continue around to the front of the building and enter the cabin off the front deck.
Friendly reminder, things are still a little rough around the edges. Please bare with us as we refurbish and get our little stand in shape!

Payment is through the honour system. We will have a cash box on the table. If you do not have cash you can e-transfer to emily@growwild.com. All proceeds from our sales go back into the farm.
