We will be taking orders until Friday evening. I will bake extra items for folks who want to pop in and see what we've got.
Pickup will begin at 10am on Saturday at the Farm Stand for any items ordered this week. Please do not come before 10am on Saturday. I am often baking until the very last minute, I'm tied to the oven... and need all the time to get things set up. I will have your pre-ordered items in bags with your names on them. Any other loose items on the table will be available for sale.

Because we didn't get the bagels out last week... we're trying the same mix again.

#3 - Egg Report
We have a variety of eggs available:
The Regular - 1 dozen, large eggs - $8
Too Big for a Carton - 8 JUMBO eggs (often double yolk) - $8
Flat of Eggs - 30 eggs, unboxed - $17.50 (contact me for pickup)
Duck Eggs - half dozen - $6
We're super grateful to be moving just about as many eggs as we can lay. We call it egg-xiety. We get it when we don't have enough eggs, we get it when we have too many. However, our wonderful customers have been keeping our egg-xiety at bay. We have been excited to be able to welcome a lot of new faces to the farm stand with this increase in production. Its been a bit of a leap as we moved from cleaning, packing and grading 30-45 eggs a day to upward of 160... but we're getting a handle on it and doing what we can to keep things stocked.
#4 - The Greens are Coming! Seriously... they really are.
Last weekend we were able to stock some arugula, chard, nettle, sorrel and some fresh herbs. This weekend we are hoping to do the same as well as adding a few bags of mixed small lettuces! Yum.
We predict that by next weekend (early may) we will be stocking asparagus! We ate the first 4 shoots today, a true taste of spring.
Do you like nettle? want to come pick some? get in touch and we're happy to show you where to find it in exchange for a donation that suits you that will go towards the farm.
NOTE: Our farm stand is open daily during daylight hours and is stocked with lots of fresh fruit and veggies (in season), eggs, waffles, crackers and more!. Come on by anytime!

Our address is 655 Ferguson Rd. As you drive down the driveway you will pass some old stables. Just beyond the stables is an open area you can park in. Our Farm Stand Cabin is located on the right (north side). You will need to head down the pathway and continue around to the front of the building and enter the cabin off the front deck. Friendly reminder, things are still a little rough around the edges. Please bare with us as we refurbish and get our little stand in shape!
